Donate your vehicle to Facing Forward today! Begin the process by calling (800) 456-5517 or visiting here. If you call, be sure to tell them you'd like to donate the vehicle to Interfaith Council for the Homeless. This service is managed by AutoDonation.com on behalf of Facing Forward. They will pick your vehicle up and send you the paperwork by mail.

Are you a runner, biker, swimmer? A triathlete, roller blader or something else? Do it for ICH!
You choose the sport, race or general activity and then complete it to give homeless families hope. You can do any race or activity on behalf of ICH by simply calling or emailing Brandon at (773) 265-1207. You'll be provided helpful fundraising tips, an online fundraising page and the opportunity to make a difference in lives of homeless women and children. Get an entire community behind your efforts!

You can directly make a difference in the life of a homeless family. Facing Forward has estimated it costs only $10,000 to house a family of four for a year with a permanent home and to provide the tools they need to rebuild their lives. This compares to over 20,000 to place a family of three in an emergency shelter and over $30,000 to incarcerate a single woman in an Illinois jail. You can also involve your faith community, social club, co-workers or neighbors!

Facing Forward will happily consider your in-kind donations as well, depending on the resident's needs. We are unable to pick up any contributions. Since we place families in their own homes, we are looking for items that compliment that objective. Facing Forward has limited volunteer opportunities for professionals interested in working directly with residents on job training, record expungement, interviewing and resume writing and more!
