Facing Forward is hiring a Case Manager to support individuals and families in maintaining stable housing and building long-term stability. This hybrid role includes home-based visits, life skills coaching, and collaborative service planning. Ideal candidates are empathetic, organized, and solution-oriented, with a passion for housing justice and direct service.
